I started South Beach about a month ago after talking to my doctor and seeing a picture of myself. I felt as though I didn't recognize the person in the picture. I struggle with eating my emotions and have really worked on not giving into those cravings. I'm a fast-food junkie and love junk food, but have really eliminated these tendencies since starting the South Beach. My main issue is getting the energy to work out. I'm a second grade teacher and struggle getting up in the morning and am incredibly exhausted at the end of the day. I would like to get back down to the 120s and fit into the clothes that I own instead of having to buy new ones. I'm looking to start feeling better about myself.
