When I was younger I was very active with track, basketball, bowling, volleyball, etc. As of gotten older I find it much harder to be as active as I need to be. I have a job where I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and I have the hardest time getting motivated to work out when I get home, and I cringe at the thought of getting up any earlier than I do. I'm hoping that joining this site will help me get some of the support that I need to really get on my journey.
