Help! What can I eat?
There's TONS to eat! Smile Meats, seafood, rices, veggies, seedless fruits (oranges, grapes, bananas, pears). Breakfast might be eggs, bacon & bananas. Lunch could be a salad with greens, avocado, mushrooms, carrots, grilled chicken & oil/vinegar dressing. Dinner could be sauteed/steamed veggies, rice and grilled fish.

Does oatmeal count as whole grain cereal?
