Single busy mom of 2 active boys. I work for a Engineering Contractor. Have the most amazing boyfriend. Busy with baseball, gymnastics, work, dogs, river and too much to list!!
I work out regularly w/ a great bunch of people. My partner at the gym is stong and lean, the guys we work out with are helpful with our weight training. typical week:
Monday- light legs, abs, cardio
Tuesady - chest, cardio
Wednesday - bi's & tri's, abs, cardio
Thursday - light legs, abs, cardio
Friday - sholders, abs, cardio
Saturday - whaterever I missed during the week
Sunday - rest
most weeks I will miss 1 night some 2, others none. I have been out of my routine for Dec and Jan and and now back on my plan and feeling great.
