So glad I didnt eat that cheese cake lol. Im so happy im almost 20 pounds away from my goal!!! Yay! Really seeing the changes from all the workouts and weightloss. this is really turining out to be an incredible journey. God has been helping me and leading me in the right direction and keeping me focused. Its so beautiful and I am so thankful for him helping me and guiding me so much!

I also tried a few new things this week:
1. Eating a big lunch (heaviest meal of the day) usually around 3 or 4, and a small dinner. I thought this would be good but for some reason I would be like starving around 8 or 9 and then I would end up eating more than I wanted to so late.

2. Drinking Crystal Lite w/ fiber, didn't really see a difference in any way, it is a nice treat to drink something slightly sweetened every now and then.

3. Running about 10-15mins total on the treadmill (in small incraments) really gets my heard rate up. And I want to start pushing myself in my workouts more. (So I can get the sweat flowin like on the biggest loser lol)

Well its the last day of the month and I feel like writing... so that's what I'm going to do! Lol anyways I really tried hard this week not to weigh myself every morning... but that didn't work. I'm just really curious because my body is so sensitive to what I eat and when and how much water I drink... and it really shows on the scale. I think I've only lost around five pounds this month... which is not what I was hoping for considering I've been going hard in the gym and eating really good. I think either I've hit a mini plateau or that I'm gaining muscle from working out so much. There is such a change in my body I love it! I'm down to a small 12 or large 10. So I can't complain.. hopefully May will be a great month that will bring me even closer to my goal.

Good luck everyone w/ your weightloss this month! I know we can do this! I feel like I've never been this focused in my life when it comes to loosing weight. I'm also really happy that my mom is proud of me. She puts so mush emphasis on appearance and she's finally starting to aprove of me. It feels really good.

Well the past 15 days since I have weighed in last have ben somewhat of a roller coaster. I an very focused on my weight loss.. but when I feel like I'm working hard and its not showing on the scale I get upset and then start to cheat. But I think the problem was that I was not drinking enough water and my body was like weak, bloated and dehydrated every morning. So this week I have been drinking mas agua and I am seeing that change.

I need to have like 90 oz a day to replenish my body.

anyways, I'm happy I did loose some weight. every pound gone is a step closer to my goal! Cant weight to go shoping for some new clothes soon... and I need it because all my old jeans are like falling off! Which makes me smile.

Well good luck everyone with the upcoming weeks! I know the weather is getting nicer hopefully all across the globe! and that means..... outdoor work outs! yay lol!
