I am a mother of two, who spends her time after work running to hockey, soccer, lacrosse, softball, & baseball. Quite often eating fastfood, or skipping meals. I did join Curves, however find it very hard to get there. Thought I'd turn to this diet to rid some of my excess weight and start to feel better about myself.
