Used to be in fantastic shape..... I left active duty and completely neglected exercise for 2 years. I used to weigh 210 lbs at 8% body fat run 18 miles in under 3 minutes and do 27 dead hang pullups in one shot... Now I'm close to 200 lbs and have a 36 1/2 inch waste line and can barely run a mile and a half without fainting.... My goal is to drop to 185 lbs, complete a 3 mile course in under 21 minutes, and fit in to my old size 32 jeans again.....
