Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" Program, anyone familiar with it?
I like Leslie, and will use her tapes if I have to workout indoors and need to mix things up. But she can get boring. I mean, I can march in place watching a movie or TV program. The other issue is that I've worn a pedometer during her tapes and have also walked outside/on a treadmill. Leslie "miles" are different from actual miles. Which annoys me. Just call it a 45 min walk and not a 3 mile walk which it is not! LOL

I LOVE Richard Simmons! His tapes are so much fun and easy to follow. The Sweatin 5 and Disco tapes are my favorite.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
Very yummy with mandarin oranges or canned pineapple!

(I don't know why but the fresh stuff doesn't work as well...)

Clothes size vs. actual size

On a side note, I've never understood sizing for women. What the hell is a "10" vs. a "12". At least us men have waist and length to go by for pants and small, medium, large, xl, xl tall etc. for shirts.

Miss's sizing is the same way. If you look at the size charts, waist and hip measurements are used for the sizing. Just like for men. Except we assign a number for the waist measurements, like 2, 4, 6, etc. Miss's also uses S, M, L, etc. for shirt sizes. I'm not sure where you are confused, the sizing is factored the same way.

Fruit is good for you... eat fruit and limit your processed sugars instead.
