I'm 52, an IT Trainer and apprentice geek. I am a Quaker and I live in Britain near the sea and should take walks on the beach every day, but somehow don't. I don't like exercise, but I love my 'free gym' - my little allotment.
I do enjoy food and have a really good cook in my hubby, which prompts me to eat all the things I shouldn't. My main failing is cheese, though chocolate and cakes and biscuits are all in there too. I don't do fast food often, and fizzy pop and crisps and ice-cream don't really figure in my diet.
