How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Everyone is different....as for me I have to weigh myself first thing in the morning, this keeps me in check...I have been on several diets in my life, and I found that when I stopped weighing myself, that is when I go back to the old way and gain back the weigh..
I also log in all my foods as well, this also keep me in check.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight myself every morning...I found out in the past that when I stopped weighing myself that I start gaining back the weight...so this time I am keeping up with my daily schedule to keep track of my weight...I can't go backward
