I am a serial dieter and have doubled my dress size over the past decade. I am in my mid thirties and tired of squeezing into my clothes and constantly feeling uncomfortable. I am determined to make this change count!!
I have a wedding to aim for at the end of August and that is my first goal. I would like to lose 50lb but think i will try to break it down into smaller chunks, perhaps 10's. If anyone has any tips they can offer me i would be very grateful
