Hello :)

My name is Sheen. I have been overweight most of my life, i always thought i didn't eat that bad so i will eventually grow out of being over weight lol but obviously that isn't true, you actually kick your body into shape.

Have had try pretty much every diet in the world to a conclusion that there isnt anything better than clean eating and exercising(surprise surprise). i teach my self about nutrition and fitness when ever i can in hope that i will reach my goal. There are up and downs but i know there is hope in the end.

Juiced some jars for the day, i literally love juicing.. best way to get your vegetables and fruit in for the day.. it tasted really tastes great!
