Argh! First five pounds are easy to loose, but now Im struggling to loose a pound a week. It frustrates me and sometimes I wanted to stop and to eat a lot :(

I had 2 consecutive overnight swimming with two different set of people. I expected to gain a lot since we had lots of food and alcohol beverages, but I tried very hard to limit my calorie intake. I think it is better to had 0 lbs weight lost for me this week :)

My body aches for yesterdays aerobics after a week of not doing it. Its just that i dont want to do it, its because it was cancelled. Though i had running and weight lifting last week, but aerobics is aerobics. Its the best exercise for me :))
