Wow.... i thought for some reason I was going to weight the same. Thats what I get for resisting the snickers bar my mom got me.
everytime i start to diet, my mom buys me all the food that i like. she bought me my wheat bagels, wheat mac n cheese, she bought oreos (KNOWING THAT I ALWAYS WRITE "NO OREOS" on the grocery list... because i always eat half the box because i cant control myself) BUT WHAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW IS I HAVE CONTROL THIS TIME.
she left a snicker bar in office @ the studio and it stares at me, so i put it in my purse and when i was at the movies watching new moon, i was starving and it was killing me knowing it was in my purse. you have no idea how close i was to opening it. i didn't have dinner cuz i had to rush to the theater to get seats. so once my friend got there to hold the seats, i rushed to the food court and got a caesar wrap. and on top of it, i splited it in half w. her. so when i got home i still really wanted it.
i hid it in my drawer and went to the kitchen and got a small glass of milk.. it always makes me feel better.
so i recommend milk!... at night when you cant sleep because you need SOMETHING to eat. have like half a glass of milk (skim of course).

So... i feel no encouragement in this process... i have no buddies on this thing lol.... only one person accepted my request. I want to be able to "encourage my fatsecret friends" as well as the other way around =/
can anyone at least PRETEND to care and be my buddy out of pity?!... haha

so i was bad yesterday... i confess! i only ate like 300 calories yesterday. but i woke up and ate some breakfast.
