Getting up in years, but still love to eat a lot of the wrong things. Try cabbage soup for a while, then try Keto again and sometimes just try to eat a little less. Love my carbohydrates. Pasta, Bread and Buns and Potatoes; will keep trying. Have lost 15 lbs, would like to lose about 20 more.

Costco pizza
Tried check calorie count & other facts on Costco pepperoni pizza & discovered they were way different then the box it came in stated. Who do we believe? Numbers just didn't jive.

too upset with my weight
Maybe you need to change the type of exercises your doing. You may very well be losing fat, but in turn your building muscles, which way more than fat.
