I cant stand the way i look and feel right now enough is enough . I have done this before and screwed up and let myself wind up in the same place i started at . I was down to 239 pounds at my lowest ,down from 320 pounds at my highest . i didn't enjoy that journey and now i am forced to repeat it and im now like 4 years older . Now everything hurts more the rewards don't come fast enough as it was .

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh myself three times a day every day ,it can sometimes be discouraging seeing it go up during the day for some but personally i need reinforcement constantly and nothing works better for me than numbers.

Weighing frequency?
You think your obsessed i hit the scale 3 times a day every day and have a whiteboard calendar charting everything.if i see the slightest uptick i find myself being even more careful of what im doing . IMHO some people don't know the difference between burnout and plateau they are not the same .
