I'm 42 years old and heavier than I've ever been! I was always a comfortable weight until I had my son 12 years ago and I never quite lost the "baby weight" - I've tried several diets over the years and although I don't have a ton of weight that needs to go, the extra 30 lbs I carry seem to effect my energy level and I want to be healthy and energetic for my family - especially for my wonderful husband! I know with support, prayers and self-discipline I can do this!
