When I was younger I was thin (of course I thought I was fat) lol. Now in my 40's I struggle with weight loss. Carbs and sweets are my downfall. I am trying, really getting into this whole reading the labels. My body when I exercise is so sore or feels painful, not in the good way. If my body wouldn't give out like that I could keep pushing through. I do keep at it everyday though. I am here to be inspired during my journey reading and learning from others.
