I just cant seem to get back on track with Phase 1. I didint even make it for 2 days. Im not sure why Im having such a hard time, but I have pretty much gone back to Phase 2. =o/
Im not gaining, and Im back in the gym, so thats good. I guess it will just be a VERY slow process for me. I guess something is better than nothing.

So I didnt go to the gym. My chest was feeling tight all day, and I figured it would be best to just sit out one more day then to get sick all over again. I didint do EXACTLY as I should on the diet. The day didint go exactly as planned, and I ended up having a few cheez its and some mini potatoes. But other than that, I did pretty well. Low on the calories, but that wasnt on purpose. And I tried a new recipe tonight and I LOVED it. I will post the recipe with a picture soon. I tend to mess things up when I try to cook recipes, but it turned out flawless. =0)
