I've been overweight all my life. As an adult I've been up and down with my weight, I've had good success losing weight, but I've never had the smarts to make a lifestyle change to keep the weight off, I'm hoping to change that this time. Now that I'm in my 50's my motivation to lose weight is to age gracefully and be healthy, before it was more for vanity and how I looked. I'm anxious to see where the road takes me, for the most part it's up to me.
