Today is day 2 of my HCG diet and I feel pretty great! I lost the two pounds I gained during phase 1 and I pretty sure I loaded correctly on those days. Today, I will walking again for 30 minutes and maybe do some light lifting! I mean very light lifting.... I am on my path of a journey that will never end for me because I want this journey to be life changing forever.... I want to change bad behaviors of eating and surprising I think this diet will do this. The food I have been making has be delicious. I feel satisfied after eating but I always want more due to myself being greedy.
So I'm starting to realize you eat to live not live to eat! And that is what we people who are addicted to food do! We use food to help us suppress any bad feelings we may have , shoot when we feel good we eat also too! I think if we together put are feelings and craving aside we can conquer our desires, and pseudo thoughts of thinking we need food to help us feel better! No we need food to survive, we need healthy food to live long....we need to create a healthy balance of eating the right foods and junks foods! I can do this and so can you !
