I am ready to start a new weight loss journey. After I had my children is when I gained and kept my weight. Although I have an attachment or some people may call it an addiction to food, I find food to be very satisfying. However, I don't blame food for my weight, I blame myself. I want to learn how to balance and control my bad habits with dealing food. For example, I love to eat while watching TV or I love to snack throughout the day! LOL...At my current weight I am happy, but I know I can be happy and healthier if I lost the weight. I looking to find friends who have the same desire I have which is to loss the pounds and the ugly, god awful, over spilling muffin top!!!!
