Have you increased the amount of good fat?
if you increase good fat, Grass fed butter or coconut oil, you will never feel hungry and you will loose weight. but fat does not do your health any good if you still consume sugar or lot of carbs. also cooking with only these two oils is far more healthy. vegetable oil is going to turn rancid when heated so don't heat any Omega 6 oil like olive oil. use olive oil cold for drizzling and salad dressing.

Loose Belly
Hi I am a 59 year old woman who had 3 children. I was never ever really fat until after i turned 40. Then i realised that i was as heavy as i was when i full term pregnant.
I started with the south beach diet which limits carbs and hit a plateau at 133lbs. Then i kept hearing about high fat diets, specifically the bulletproof executive. (Google him)
also i read DR. Mercola's News letter every day. really helpful info.
if you can google Dr Mercola website then at the top in the header there is a search bar. Search Intermittent fasting. Read up on that.
It explains that when your body is empty of glycogen there are no more stores of energy saved in the body after 14 - 28 hrs later after last meal that your body turns to the body for energy, and if you are exercising, your body only has one direction to find energy - your body's fat stores.
I started bullet proof coffee in the morning and lost that really stubborn last ten to twelve lbs. My fat stores are going a little bit at a time. I am 59 years old. you are much younger which should be easier. read every thing on these two websites. oh yea there is this other ref.
