Was at 300 pounds about 2 years ago. Got down to 205 in March 2015. I gained weight over the past year and was at 235 in Jan 2016. Started doing Fitness Blender workouts and have been dropping lbs pretty consistently. New goal is 160 in a year (give or take) so I can be healthy and start having kids!!

I'm 28 years old and have been married to hubby for going on 9 years now. He is very supportive in my weight loss goals (even if he does suggest Chinese food a little too often!!)

We have both been vegetarian since Jan 2016. It started out as a "Hey, lets just try being vegetarian for 30 days and see what happens!" and it just kind stuck. I spend literally 90% of my time in the produce area for our weekly groceries and that feels pretty good!

I feel like I am pretty knowledgeable on weight loss. Mostly I just eat clean as much as possible and try not to restrict ANY macro nutrient. I believe that soda is the DEVIL (especially diet), and the first thing anyone should do when they want to start getting healthy is stop drinking soda, and drink LOADS of water. Water, black coffee, and coconut/almond milk is literally all I drink (besides the occasional glass of wine ^_-).

Not really a song but I listen to it sometimes when I'm at the end of my workout and it feels like I can't get through....

...Plus i watch it when I am supposed to be waking up early for a workout and I am considering hitting the snooze.....

Balancing Protein and Calories
I went vegetarian 2 months ago and I'm also having issues getting enough protein. I have to constantly reconsider snack/meal options to up my protein intake..... this chart helps me out!

water really is the best to drink. If you don't like plain water you can try jazzing it up with some fruit slices or mint leaves mixed in there. Strawberries, blueberries, lemon, kiwi.... possibilities are endless! check this link for ideas....
