Losing weight too quickly!!!! Help!
hey if i were you i would be more then thrilled i lost 9 pounds my first week now that has slowed down alot but keep up the good work and your going to be loosing alot of water weight so your not truely going to be loosing to much weight weight if you know what i mean...so just relax things will slow down..lol...

Stalled and need help.!!
Ok well i have been on atkins and NO cheating since Jan 20 and i started at 276.4 now im at 267 when im lucky...it always bounces...i cant seem to drop anything i even joined a gym and i am going to the gym and working out...what am i doing wrong lost all my weight the first 8 days i started now nothing....i havent cheated once and i need some help if someone could give me any ideas it would greatly be appreciated ...

i agree with kcorb just start eating alot more veggies...and stay away from the atkins anack bars they are big stallers trust me i had to find it out the hard way..lol..keep up the good work and dont get discouraged...

Question about water
lol i dont have any negative feed back for you i do the same thing i just have never asked anybody if its good or bad but hey there isnt any carbs or sugar everything says zero on the nutritional facts so why not mix it with your water...lol...so hopefully everybody dont hollar at us...
