I'm 27 years old and 5"4. I am a mother of three beautiful children all under the age of 5. My current weight is listed above. I have a small frame, therefore my ideal body weight is 114-127. Right now I wear a size 6, but would like to be a 2 or a 4.

At my biggest, I was 220lbs. Before I had my daughter, I lost all the weight yet I didn't reach my goal weight/ body. Now, I'm almost finished losing the baby weight and getting ready to tone up. I hope to accomplish my goal this time.
