changing the food
Hi everyone: I just joined this blog and I hae been on the "you on a diet" diet for a couple of weeks. I have lost 2#'s. I have a question and maybe someone can answer it. Is it okay to eat the foods on this diet, but change them in the order that they are written in the book? For instance. Can I eat the nuts in the morning and then have my cereal, or have a different snack than is listed, but still on the diet?
