Hello Everyone,

I'm Melissa 33 yr old from New York City. I currently live in Amsterdam, Netherlands. European life is very diffrent. I've been out here for 5 yrs now and have gained weight. Life is so slow paced and not much to do.

So I put on some weight. I managed to lose most of it. But the last 8-10 pounds are the hardest.

So thats why Im here.

Lost over 12 pounds and still going!!! Now time to tighten the body!!!

Still stuck at the same weight. lost those extra 2 pounds. But Im still at 123. Sounds silly, I know... But Im only 5'4. So every little bit of weight ...
