Trying to quit smoking
sandy,i too want to quit smoking I want to get my wind back so I can start walking I was diagnosed as prediabetic in early aug and started watchin what I ate and drinkin waterso far I have lost 17lbs but im afraid if I quit smoking I will go back to eating so for now Im gonna get my eating down and then try to quitgo od luck with both challanges
