I had previously done Atkins and lost 25lbs in 3 months. Now I am slowly putting it back on as I have been sedentary and living on soups due to major health issues over the last 6 months. Now that I am on the road to recovery, I am starting to attend Taekwondo once weekly and joined Girl Guides as a leader. I am following Atkins once more, but I keep cheating at special events. I can't get into ketosis.
