I'm a mother of 2 amazing boys, a precious little girl, step-mom to two fantastic girls; wife, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend.
I've been on bedrest during my pregnancies with my youngest boy and my girl so I'm completely out of shape, but determined that I can get into the physical shape I want to be in, the one that can do and be all that is needed as a busy momma :-D
So I'm keeping a journal on here about all the times I DO work-out, and my thoughts about food, exercising and whatnot as I metamorphosize from the out of shape person I was into the strong physically fit person I am becoming!
