I have tried so many diets, nothing works. in the last year I have tried several 6 to be exact nothing seems to work so i don't stick with it or it makes me sick and I can't stick with it. My weight is out of control I don't know how to stop it. I have even considered going back to smoking then maybe I won't eat. There are so many reports out there, how is a person suppose to know which one is right which one to follow. Eat more to lose weight oh no don't eat more eat less. I 'am very confused. I do know the basic calorie in verses calorie out but that doesn't work for me either. I have followed a strict calorie count that did nothing except make me hungry.If anyone has any suggestions please I need help!!!!
