I actually started trying to loose weight on March 12, 2009. My husband and I will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary in July 2010. We decided that we were going to take a trip, and I don't want to look like the ghost of a hippopotamus in pictures. To avoid this, I hope to loose the weight and get a tan--in that order. My weight has ALWAYS been an issue and I don't want any more of my life being dictated by it. I started exercise tapes and watching what I eat. I'm really interested if anyone has any suggestions on fun work-out tapes. I get bored with the one I have. Other than that, I'm really happy to find this site and find out how to become a better me.
