I am a 29 year old mama to 4 beautiful kids. I was heavy for most of my youth and lost a lot of weight in high school. I started inching back up in college and then crossed the 200-lb mark with my first pregnancy. I've wanted for years to lose the weight and be healthy for my kids, but my love of unhealthy food always won me over. So now, it's time to get serious. I'm rapidly approaching 30 and I want to be a healthier woman. I have the full support of my wonderful husband, so I know I can be successful!
