Day 8...today I made the Spicy Thai Shrimp soup from the SBD Supercharged book. Wonderful is all I can say. I made a salad for dinner as well, and made the soy ginger dressing. It's cold where I live so yesterday I made the black bean soup. My husband is enjoying all the soups so far and we have enough left for day 2 of lunch. I honestly do not feel as if I'm on a diet at all. And today I feel I was less hungry yesterday! Something is working.

well, I've just about completed day 7. Today is odd. I haven't been hungry at all. I think I ate just because it was time. I made the black bean soup from the SBD Supercharged book. It was wonderful. I also started exercising today, since it's day 7. I figure it could only help. I did 22 minutes on the elliptical, some bow flex for the legs, used some dumb bells on upper body, and of course some ab work.
All is good. Looking forward...

Day 6 of Phase I and I'm loving this! No cravings. And trying new recipes. Enjoying the way food tastes.

Well it's day 4 and I'm still doing well. I was bite hungrier last evening, so I had some low fat cheese and a couple of nuts. I'm still a bit confused on portion sizes, but I just eat like a serving wait 20 minutes and I rarely go back for more.
Tomorrow could be rough. It's bagel day at work. I'm going to make an omlet for breakfast I think. We'll see. I sure hope I've lost some pounds.

Here I am at day 3 and feeling well. I'm also doing well. It's 6 p.m. and I haven't recorded a thing in my food diary. But that's ok. Today for dinner I made Capri Chicken from the SBD cookbook. I forgot how good it is! I probably made it in 2004. I've been asking why did I stray so much from the program and put on weight. You know really when you eat healthy fats you really don't need to eat so much quantity.
Here's to tommow and 11 days to Phase II!
