This is my plan: cardio 5 times a week. Boot camp 3 times a week and no junk at all.
By 3/25/11 I should be 10 lbs lighter. :)

first day of my journal. I've gained 6 pounds in the past 3 months and I pretty down about it. I really want to get back in shape. Feeling strong and healthy. I make a better mother, wife and friend when I feel good about myself.
My goal is to loose 10 lbs.
