I, sadly, have been dieting my whole if, even as a child. I have always been obese and overweight except for two years ago. 2009 was a year that was both wonderful and horrible at the same time. Not only did I manage to actually be an average size, but I ruined my body because of underlying diseases. I'm struggling with my losses today trying to find something that will work.
I used to be 300 pounds max, I'm now at 194 pounds. I want to aim to be 160 again without the extreme dieting and exercising that I did. I want it so badly that I can taste it--literally, with Atkins! LOL.
I'm eager and excited and I've overcome my self hatred and dieting craze... I'm now on self acceptance and patient with what will come out of my own effort--not suffering. I'm eager and willing to make this work.
