I'm a 30 year old serial dieter who is hoping to "do it right" this time around. After trying just about any diet you can think of I was ready to give up. The, via-via, I heard about Gary Taubes' "Why we get fat and what to do about it". I read it and as corny as it sounds, I think it may have changed my life. I've been earing low carb (High Protein/High Fat) for almost 3 months now and I'm actually enjoying myself.
Fingers crossed that this is what works for me long term!
