So today is 12/14/11...and I think I finally got it...I now drink a replacement meal shake in the morning, and one for dinner...1 hr. of Zumba every Monday and Saturday, tues., wed. and thursday I do the treadmill or Bike or the stepper...sooo I think Im finally on my road to losing weight...I just want to lose 5 lbs at a time...till I reach my goal...I think I can do it this time..very happy..Ive been working out for 3 weeks and having my shakes as well, and lil by lil its gonna fall off....I can do this. =)
