I'M ON HERE TO LOSE 101 pounds in 1 year. since I have started I have lowered my caloric intake from 3500 calories a day to just 1550. I have increased by exercise from 15-20 minutes a day to just under 2 hours a day. One of the workouts being a hard work out and one being a brisk walk in the park with my dog.
