Avid cyclist, carrying a few extra pounds since moving from Los Angeles to North Carolina a couple of years ago. I'm moving back home (LA) summer 2017 and have felt inspired to get back into shape. I understand that I'm not carrying a lot of extra weight, but I've realized with the amount of exercise that I do, continuing to gain weight slowly is probably a good indication that I'm not eating properly.
