Well this week was my first week of phase three and I am having a hard time with it. I am doing okay, but not losing like I want. I find it is alot easier to have that extra cookie or extra piece of bread, it is for me at least. In phase one and two I didnt have that tempation, so I stuck to my diet really easily. I am considering going back into phase one and two to see more results. Is anyone out there losing weight in phase three?

I have done really well all week, then yesterday I had a doughnut, a glass of wine and 2 slices of pizza. Bad day, but it was my first one in about 90 days. I have been on fat smash for about 32 days and on my own diet for about 50 days. One good thing was that I did work out for an hour four days last week. I usually only do 35-40 minutes. But now its back to the phase three.

I am getting ready to start phase three of fat smash. I am wanting to substitute corn tortillas for wheat bread every once in awhile. I love enchiladas. There is no white flour in them, is that bad?
