I'm currently a WW member who has successfully lost 50+ lbs. This wasn't overnight. It was over three years. Since I now know the trick, which is to change your eating habits, the support route with WW is no longer needed. Because the only time I go there is to be weighed in. So I'm looking for an alternative.
