36 year old wife and mother of a two. Trying to lose the last 10-12 pounds leftover from pregnancies. Workout schedule at the YMCA is usually 4-5 days a week. Favorite cardio workout is spinning classes. Also like eleptical machines but working on trying to incorporate more weight lifting into routine. Biggest hurdle to overcome is giving up nighttime snacking. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by spring and keep my caloric intake between 1200 and 1500.
