I am looking to lose 15 pounds with a sound healthy diet and daily excercise. I am looking to be consistant with 30-45 minutes of daily excercise. I will burn 200 calories a day with excercise and decrease my caloric intake by 300 for a total daily reduction of 500 calories. I will met my weight and fitness goals in 3 months (October 26, 2012).
