Always have bee overweight. Have tried countless diets. Nothing working right now. Have had several medical problems recently. Widowed recently. Need to lose weight to have colostomy reversed and ease arthritis in knees. I am also currently using a walker. Having knee injections starting this Friday. Hope they work so I can get up and start moving more!
