I have been "bad" the last few weeks! Instead of my weight going down, its going up! I think this is due to the fact that I have given up smoking and need to treat myself to anything that I see! As from now, I am back on WW and I AM going back to curves tomorrow! I have bunked Curves for at least 4 months now ... I will hang my head down low when I walk in the door tomorrow! They have a MIA (missing in action) board and I am so sure that my name will be on it! I need someone who needs to lose at least 8kg to challenge me. I will weigh in again on Monday! Good luck to all the dieters out there!

Hi,
I seem to be contantly fighting with the bathroom scale! I lose a couple of kg's and then have ONE, yes just ONE slapup meal with all the trimmings (wine, etc) and I seem to put on a kg overnight!
Is that really possible, or am I just 'retaining" water!
Well today I weighed myself and I am a hefty 70.3 kgs and need to cut down to about 63 kg. I have set my first goal at 65 kg for the end of June and the bal will hopefully come off over the next couple of months!
Does anybody want to challenge me? It would be great to have a couple of ladies fighting the flab with me!
RULE: you have to have teenage kids that drive you crazy enough to eat or over-indulge (this includes liquids of all sorts!)
IT JUST WOULDN'T BE FAIR IF YOU WERE ABLE TO BE YOUR OWN PERSON, NOW, WOULD IT?!
