First weigh in
Hi,
First week of counting calories, have to say I haven't felt as deprived as following other diets that don't count calories. I have done a Sh'bam dance class for 50 minutes and 1 hour of Body Combat (bit like boxercise) and I lost a grand total of 0.3 of a pound!
My weight has been stuck for a good year now, no matter what I do, it won't move. on the plus side, I've had 3 holidays this year and didn't put any weight on, so something good is happening.

Starting yet again!!
Thanks for the comments, it's good to hear from people in the same boat. I'm off to the gym this evening. I haven't been for about 6 weeks because it was aggravating my back so I'm going to ask the staff to redo my programme thinking about what upsets my back and go from there.

Starting yet again!!
Hi Everyone,
I am starting to look at my diet, nutrition and exercise again and try and devise my own diet plan. I keep beating myself up about how unfit and fat I am but in reality I'm not totally unfit. I biked 23 miles the other day with no real issues apart from my legs ached. I have about 2.5 stone to lose to be comfortable, unfortunately I carry a lot of it round my middle which I can't cope with. I will be 50 next year and want to really sort myself out before then, so any help, advice and motivation will be gratefully received.
