Coconut milk/cream/oil
What kind of diet are you doing? In ketogenic which is low carb, high fat, I use coconut oil to ensure I get enough fat in the day. Coconut oil and butter in coffee sounds horrific to someone not following keto but blend the butter and coconut oil in, it is amazing. After that coffee I am usually full all morning.

Some people spread it on toast like butter or use it in a stir-fry.

Coconut oil is some of the healthiest stuff out there. It has medium chain triglycerides which help with the brain, can help you feel full and could improve cholesterol levels. Check out this site for more info: http://authoritynutrition.com/top-10-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-coconut-oil/
