So only 3 days before my weekly weigh in and I couldn't be happier. For the last two months I was living day by day on the skill, even so going as nuts as weighing myself 3 times a day! I let my weight set my mood for the day and me being an eater while depressed really was counter intuitive. I'm still very much in ketosis which is awesome and we'll just have to wait and see!

I have decided to stop weighing myself everyday and checking my ketones everyday as well. It's becoming like some sort of weird obsession and it's deciding my mood for the day for me. Once a week will be plenty. Now if only I can stick to it.

UGH! So I've figured out why i'm not loosing and stuck. I was eating stuff that I shouldn't be eating until much higher on the rung. Carrots are very bad for the second rung. I didn't realize that. Plus I've been eating the bars to fullfil my sweet tooth which I think is back firing. I am going to detox for a week or two and start again. This time doing it right. Curse my husband for eating pretty much whatever from the get go and still loosing. :P
